(2) Experience has proved that those who fail to pay attention to convening representatives from all walks of life and are still bound by the narrow circle of the party have taken a detour. (3) We must oppose formalism. Each meeting must be fully prepared, have a central content, and earnestly discuss issues that exist in the work that are of concern to the people. Criticism and self-criticism must be launched, and it must be regarded as a major event. Do it, otherwise it will damage the party's political prestige.

(4) In the newly liberated areas, representatives from all walks of life will be held several times. Representatives can be selected and hired mainly, supplemented by democratic elections by reliable mass organizations. Afterwards, it can be changed to democratic elections by various groups and walks of life.
