It is very easy to convene, and some comrades with important work responsibilities participate in the meeting.Please consider whether this proposal is feasible.If a plenary meeting is held, the appropriate time is in late January [4].There may be three agendas: (1) to approve the work of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee since the Third Plenary Session; (2) to decide to convene the party's national representative conference within this year to discuss the outline of the first five-year plan; (3) to pass the policy on strengthening the unity of the party resolution.Please ask Comrade Liu Shaoqi to do the report, and write it in advance.
