Whether it is faster or slower, it must be discussed first before doing it.After discussing it, most people agree, so let’s do it slowly.Doing good deeds requires discussion.Discussing matters is the difference between the Communist Party and the Kuomintang.When the Kuomintang is powerful, it oppresses people.They not only oppressed the minorities, but also the majority of the Han Chinese.The Democratic Party is doing bad things.Bad things should not be done.When our cadres make mistakes, they must be criticized.Please tell us about the shortcomings and mistakes in our work in Tibet. You can tell us what you disagree with or what you think is not good for the people so that we can correct it.Immediately correct any shortcomings. This is where we differ from the Kuomintang.

In the past two years, the mutual understanding between the Central People's Government and the Tibetan region and the mutual understanding between the Han and Tibetan ethnic groups has progressed. The Tibetan region is getting closer to the central government and the Tibetan and Han people. will get closer. The whole of China is still very backward and needs to develop.This is because of the relationship between imperialism and Kuomintang oppression in the past.They have been driven away by us now, and we have improved a lot in the past four years.After the recovery of the national economy, the first five-year plan for national construction was launched this year. It is estimated that after the third five-year plan, our large-scale industry will be established.Thirty-six years ago, the Soviet Union drove out the imperialists and domestic bad guys, and it took thirty-six years of construction to achieve the current results.Our construction is faster than that of the Soviet Union, because we have the help of the Soviet Union.China has a large population of fifty to tens of millions. It is the most populous country in the world, and its land is also vast. With three five-year plans, China will be able to build well, and it will be even more helpful to Tibet.
