Although the current laws are all set by the Kuomintang, they do not abide by them.For them, the law is just a tool of rule, not to restrain themselves.For the law to be obeyed, there needs to be a strong force behind it.Why do people outside the party need to abide by the laws of the Kuomintang, while the Kuomintang can not?The reason is simple, because only the "state" can have power - the police, secret agents, the army - are all controlled by the KMT.What we have to work hard now is to take back the power of the police, secret agents and the army from the hands of the Kuomintang and return it to the people.When these powers are in the hands of the people, can the Kuomintang not abide by the law?

After leaving the prison, everyone is still very impressed; if it is more than two years, I dare not encourage it.Third, Chen Shui-bian is currently one of the few most respected political stars outside the party. Once he is imprisoned, the distance between him and other competitors will be shortened immediately.Seeing Lin Zhengjie's nervous expression for fear of him being imprisoned, Chen Shui-bian should be able to appreciate the benefits of being imprisoned.Fourth, Chen Shui-bian has relatively good conditions for entering politics: very good education, experience, commendable character and integrity, smart and quick response.With these conditions and taking such a big step ahead of others, Chen Shui-bian is not a political leader outside the party, who else could he be?

——Hsieh Chang-ting read my talk and refuted me in the "Democratic Politics" weekly. He said that he tried his best to help Chen Shui-bian, but I called it a deliberate attack.He also said that I was alienating my friend's feelings.He wishes he could live in a society free from suspicion. The sentence pattern I used to speak was "a good faith suspicion is...a malicious suspicion is...", I wonder why Xie Changting cares so much about the second half of the sentence, but ignores the meaning of the first half.In the first half, I said: "The good-natured suspicion is that he (Chang Ting Hsieh) doesn't fully understand the possible political benefits of expanding the Penglai Island case outside the party, and he doesn't want his friends to go to jail..."

Regarding this matter, my understanding of Xie Changting is as follows (many of his close friends also have the same feeling): he is sincerely helping Chen Shui-bian, because Chen Shui-bian impulsively said that he would not appeal, and he wants to make amends. When the interests of friends conflict with the interests of the people, they should choose the interests of the people without hesitation and abandon the interests of friends.Without such sensitivity, political prospects will be very limited.

——Chen Wenqian is the most observant person outside the party. She read my conversation and said, I am strict with Xie Changting, Shi Xingzhong and others, but I am lenient with Chen Shuibian.This is against the impartial position of the political commentator. I am indeed more polite to Chen Shui-bian.When I criticized Chen Shui-bian for making mistakes, I thought that each of us grew up with constant mistakes, and I naturally felt sympathetic.Chen Wenqian is right. We can understand that Chen Shui-bian, like ordinary people, also makes mistakes, but why hasn't he admitted his mistakes until now?Why are they still arguing and covering up the facts?

But Hsieh's first support action raised doubts about his motives—he mobilized eight city councilors to jointly send a letter to the prosecutor, asking the prosecutor to take the initiative to file an appeal.A good-natured suspicion is that he doesn't fully understand the possible political benefits of expanding the "Penglai Island case" outside the party, and he doesn't want his friend to go to jail.The malicious suspicion is that he is worried that after this incident expands, Chen Shui-bian's political status will rise rapidly, and he will not be able to catch up in a short time.At present, Chen and Xie's political status outside the party is generally considered to be comparable.

These errors in judgment are what we need to review.But this does not mean that we force or require the family members to appeal. At that time, the theoretical “masters” outside the party should be more active in persuading the family members not to appeal.Since the family members have the ability to make independent judgments and decisions, the reason why the support club still supports them is that the defendant did not release water and apologize in the newspaper. They just changed the way of fighting. They still need support. I personally think that this case is not the defendant’s personal In terms of morality and overall interests outside the party, we must continue to support them. □After the family members appealed independently, the support club was criticized by some people outside the party. Do you think these criticisms are pertinent and appropriate? ■This time everyone realizes the importance of time for criticism. On the one hand, the lawsuit is still pending, and we need to provide opportunities for the defendant to perform later. Therefore, there are not many superficial criticisms outside the party.In this issue of "Qianqiu Commentary", Li Ao put forward the concept and specifications of political struggle. He set out a 100-point direction to see how far we can achieve, and let us review at any time during the process; as a political public figure, this kind of Criticism is acceptable.However, there are also people who are suspicious of personal motives, saying that I want my family members to appeal, and I am afraid that Chen Shui-bian's reputation will outweigh my expectations. Doubts have bad motives, and any behavior can be cast under this model to be suspicious. What's more, saying this, at this time, has the side effect of provoking and dividing Chen Shui-bian and me. Those who said it should have thought of it.The last sentence Lin Yixiong said in the military court really impressed me very deeply. He said: We are looking forward to a beautiful society. This attitude is also very open, Quite right.I think that those of us good friends discussing the "Penglai Island case", no matter those who criticize or those who have been criticized, are concerned with the main premise of seeking "to achieve perfection" outside the party. This main premise is the same. It only appears in terms of identifying what is the "supreme good".The common shortcoming outside the party is that the training they believe to be "supreme goodness" is weak. This phenomenon, "theoretical 'masters' outside the party" is also responsible.As far as I am concerned, I have been engaged in the work of "Shenggong Fashu" for more than 20 years, but I always feel that I am still too far away from the realm of "Stubborn Stone Nodding".The clear is clear, the turbid is turbid, a bastard is still a bastard.The prophet is actually the same as the martyr. Personally speaking, I know that many of the "laws" in my "Sheng Gong's teachings" are actually not followed by those who are not talented outside the party. Not only can they not keep up, they even misunderstand and oppose them, but I am not afraid of them Misunderstandings and objections will not be mentioned. ——The reason why Li Ao is Li Aoye is here. What really hurts people outside the party is not that people outside the party don't do "goodness", but that people outside the party don't do "good things".People outside the Party only think that what they do is "good", that is, "kind and noble behavior", but in fact this is not enough. "Striving at the ultimate good" is our "concept and standard".For example, I recently criticized the issue of Lin Yixiong and the "Penglai Island case". Regarding these arguments, I think they are only based on "stop doing good" instead of "stop Arguing on the Supreme Good".Because they just "stop doing good", they "couldn't bear" to let Lin Yixiong come back, so they "couldn't bear" to let Lin Yixiong speak.But the strange thing is that these well-meaning people have the heart to watch Lin Yixiong do things that lose his position (from visiting Lee Teng-hui to Fang Sumin's release of water in the "Legislative Yuan", etc.), instead of taking righteous responsibility.As a result, what we see is only a piece of "love of a small person" instead of a "love of a gentleman", and a piece of "benevolence of a woman" with a "good heart" instead of a "benevolence of a man" with a "hard heart".So, what's funny is that the person who keeps saying he loves Lin Yixiong is actually the one who makes Lin Yixiong defeat (the past) Lin Yixiong!It's just that they and Lin Yixiong himself don't know or can't bear to know! Deng Weizhen obviously expected Xie Changting with "great righteousness", because he thought that Xie Changting "remedied" Chen Shui-bian too much, and ignored "abandoning the interests of friends" and ignoring "choosing the interests of the people". It should be seen that this division comes from.But Hsieh Chang-ting ignored the "big righteousness" for the sake of "small righteousness". This is the crux of the problem.
