Chapter 23 foreword

The entire information technology (Information Technologies, referred to as IT) industry includes many fields and many links, and these links are interrelated.Like everything in the world, the IT industry is constantly changing and developing and has its own development rules.These laws are summarized into some theorems by people in the IT field, called IT theorems (IT Laws).We introduce these theorems several times with some concrete examples.In this chapter, we will introduce Moore's theorem, Andy-Beer's theorem, and the inverse Moore's theorem.Together, these three theorems describe the most important part of the IT industry—the law of the development of the computer industry.
