In my opinion, the scientific outlook on development and a harmonious society are two aspects of one body and complement each other.If we follow the scientific concept of development to guide China's economic and social development today and take a scientific development path, we must have a scientific spirit, a scientific attitude, and pay attention to social issues and people's livelihood issues.After the founding of New China, our party became the ruling party, promoting omnipotent politics, and completely regarded society as a part of the government, the so-called omnipotent government.The government has been in charge of every detail of the society, including the eating, drinking, and sleeping of ordinary people, and nothing is left behind.In this way, the whole society becomes unitized, highly regulated by the government, and the society lacks vigor and vitality.Many problems are also very disturbing and seriously interfere with the government's normal duties.Now we have finally realized this, so "building a harmonious society" has become the third major theoretical innovation since our reform and opening up.

Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, our Party has successively established the theory of the primary stage of socialism, the theory of socialist market economy and the theory of socialist harmonious society.The harmonious society theory is completely comparable to the previous two theories.These three theories are the most representative theoretical concepts in our theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is this theoretical system that upholds and develops Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought, and condenses the wisdom and painstaking efforts of several generations of Chinese Communists leading the people to unremittingly explore and practice. and spiritual wealth.

The first is the theory of the primary stage of socialism.Because we are in the primary stage of socialism, we cannot follow the mature socialist framework.At this stage, we need to liberate and develop productive forces.The second is the socialist market economy theory adopted by the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. This theory regards the market economy as the main goal of our economic system reform.The third is the theory of building a socialist harmonious society.Since the reform and opening up, the party's theoretical innovation has developed Marxism and enriched the theoretical treasure house of Marxism through these three theories.

Now some people question the harmonious society.They say that China's civil society is fragile and unsound, and there is no way to talk about a harmonious society. The development of our economy and the development of democratic politics will inevitably produce such a civil society.This society is outside the management of the government, and it manages itself through the masses themselves.Many non-governmental organizations, non-governmental organizations, societies, associations, industry organizations, various rights protection organizations, including environmental protection organizations, including various foundations, charities, employment guarantee agencies, etc., such a The emergence of a number of social organizations just made up for the lack of government management, and so many specific social affairs cannot be managed by the government.Therefore, we need to build a civil society to adapt to the development of a market economy, which is also the inevitable result of democratic politics.The rise of great powers and the rise of China means that there must be such a democratic politics and such a civil society.A rising power must ensure that everyone has food and everyone speaks.Having such a pattern is different from not having such a pattern.

With such a pattern, with both a scientific outlook on development and a harmonious society, our development path will be broader, and we will have a better path to develop ourselves.This must be very beneficial to the development of our China.
