People are born different, and the nobility of life lies in the fact that each life is different from other lives.The process of cultivating a person should be a process of cultivating personality, but we often misunderstand personality, thinking that people who are mischievous and cranky are full of personality, but this is not the case.When a person has a unique ability to feel and grasp things, he is a creative person.Such a person may be contemplative, serene.  Our current education is to train children to be interested in one thing.The whole class draws pictures, and counts numbers together... There are many things that people must share, such as knowledge and morality, and there are reasons for this.But the common things cannot be taught at the same time. Even if they can be used, it is only a matter of elementary school and later. At that time, there is a change in the spiritual embryo of children, and they can turn their feeling points to the attention points that adults attract. The older they are, the older they are. The stronger it is, but the difference between children is still relatively large in elementary school, so we must grasp it well and protect the differences in teaching without differences. 

Our education is inadvertently obliterating individuality.In fact, there is a consensus in psychology, which is: personality and creativity are equated.Therefore, the whole process of cultivating people should be a process of cultivating personality.But we often misunderstand this personality, thinking that people who are naughty, mischievous, and cranky are full of personality.In fact, it is not. A person with individuality means that he is different from others in terms of thinking and overall living conditions.  But why do we create so many of the same people? We don't have our minds, we go with the crowd, go with the herd, presumably it makes us feel safe.This is spiritual independence.Look around us, how many people are independent.We are not given the attention and guidance we deserve in every sensitive period of our growth, we are not even respected when we "develop ourselves", our deep and unique thinking ability is lost.Montessori said: We have created a large number of ordinary people.And those who think uniquely exist as creative beings.If we can respect children today and let them grow up in accordance with the natural law of human development, each of them may be full of creativity.Then the world could change dramatically. 

Presumably everyone knows about Einstein and would admit that he had extraordinary intelligence.His brain skull is still being preserved and studied by scientists.People have been studying whether his brain structure is different from ordinary people.But so far people have not found any essential difference between it and ordinary people.  Where is the real difference? In his childhood.He is different from other children. People and teachers around him say that he suffers from autism, and thinks he is mentally handicapped and worthless.But people's perception is wrong, because people don't understand education.It is a common problem in human society that those who engage in education do not understand education, and those who manage education do not understand education and do not want to understand education. 

The whole purpose of education is to develop man's own potential.Montessori said: "We may ask, what is this special interest that enables children to choose a certain impression among the countless impressions they encounter? Obviously, there cannot be external stimuli." She added: " If you’re extremely happy with a new outfit, you’ll start noticing other people’s outfits.” Does that happen? If you buy a new piece of clothing and you think it looks great, you walk down the street It is easy to see this dress on the Internet, and you can find it even among a thousand people. 
