Why do these practitioners need less time?The main reason is that they have fewer distracting thoughts, and the damage and toxins caused by emotions to the body are not much, and it does not take much time to repair and clear them.Moreover, because they have good kungfu, less distracting thoughts, and high quality sleep, less than eight hours of sleep a day is enough.Those who fight for greed and intrigue all day long sleep longer.

After all, there are very few people who can have such kung fu.Sleeping is a natural activity, not easy to be controlled by oneself, often having dreams, restless at night, so the heart still cannot be truly quiet.Some people sleep for more than ten hours a day, but they are still groggy.
