Since the development and growth of the body must precede the cultivation of the mind, the cultivation of the natural body must also precede the cultivation of the mind. This is the same for boys and girls.The goals of developing a boy's and a girl's body are different, though.Boys develop strength, while girls develop dexterity. This does not mean that strength is exclusive to men and dexterity is exclusive to women, but the corresponding quality values are different for them.Women also need to be strong enough to do what they do with grace.Men also need to be dexterous enough to be able to move with ease.
