Build their bodies so they can withstand extreme temperatures, climates and conditions, able to endure hunger, thirst and fatigue. When the habits of the body have not yet been formed, you can teach them to form the habits you like without any risk, but once the habits are formed, any change is full of risks.Children can withstand changes that adults cannot bear. Their muscles are soft and flexible, and they can turn in the direction you point without any effort, while the muscles of adults are stiff. Only when they encounter violence will they change their habitual behavior patterns .So we can make our children strong without risking their health and life.If there is a little danger, there is no need to hesitate. Since life is full of risks, what better way is there to face it than to face it at the least harmful stage?
