How to quickly increase self-confidence: (1) Find out the root causes of your low self-confidence and find ways to solve them. (2) Your self-confidence will lead you to success, so you need to stand up and speak confidently without thinking about anything. (3) If you find that you just have stage fright - which is not necessarily due to lack of self-confidence - then the problem is much easier to deal with, because you can exaggerately believe that almost everyone is afraid of public speaking.
