Chapter 6 6. Steal the day and change the day

It is undeniable that Zhou Ren's theory is indeed logically rigorous, well-organized, and simple, so it sounds plausible and logical. But it's not hard to question. Doubt is almost inevitable. Yes, even if "the revolution is justified, but the destiny is impermanent", it is natural to change the dynasty, but why are you Zhou people coming to revolution? Is the so-called "Although Zhou is an old state, its life is renewed" is also a reason?Could it be that other tribal countries "have their fates old"?Besides, the businessman is authorized by Xuanniao after all, does Zhou have it?No.Their first ancestor was abandoned because the old grandmother Jiang Yuan stepped on a huge footprint and was born pregnant. So, who is this giant? Is it the Titans in ancient Greek mythology, or Yao Ming in ancient times?I'm afraid only God knows. This is far worse than "the mysterious bird of destiny, descended to give birth to a merchant", and if it doesn't work out, it can only prove that he is an illegitimate child.

Obviously, it is not enough to say that God Huangtian changed his mind, and no one would believe that King Wen was beside God.It must be proven that the world must change, and that it has indeed changed with the right people. This request is very reasonable. In fact, Zhou Ren finally proved himself, but it takes time and process.Including the whole set of theories mentioned above, it was neither proposed by Duke Zhou alone, nor could it be completed in a short period of time. The only thing that is certain is that at the beginning of the founding of the People's Republic of China, they needed a plan that could not only make a living, but also make a difference.Because the Zhou people wanted to continue the "Chinese tradition" represented by Yin and Shang, but also "draw a clear line" with it.

The way to continue the tradition is to "live in China", and to draw a clear line, we can only consider "accepting the destiny".So, what is the difference between Zhou and Shang, who are also "legal regimes" authorized by the divine? King Shang is the "Son of God" and King Zhou is the "Son of Heaven". Indeed, both Shang and Zhou talked about "Heaven", but their attitudes were different.Zhou people respect and appreciate the sky, and the outlook on life in "Book of Changes" is "Heaven moves vigorously, and a gentleman strives for self-improvement".Businessmen are hateful and mocking. They even have a ritual or game, which is to use a leather bag to hold blood, hang it high and shoot an arrow through it, which is called "shooting the sky".The legendary "Xing Tian" may be the god who was murdered by businessmen.

Both Shang and Zhou also have "God", but with different meanings. The God of merchants seems to be their ancestor Di Ku.Their understanding of "emperor" is only to take its original meaning of "creator".It's just that because the ancestors are already in heaven, they are "God", that is, the emperor of heaven. The current King of Shang is the "Xiadi", that is, the emperor of the world.Such a god is of course eccentric, and only blesses businessmen, and even only blesses the king of Shang. This is probably one of the reasons why Yin Shang became naughty children, and in the end they betrayed their relatives.

The God of the Zhou people is the natural world, that is, the sky that covers the four fields. The sky, high above, silent, but perceptive and insightful.Heaven can see clearly who is good and who is bad, and only then can there be destiny and revolution, authorization and power collection.More importantly, Tian is the "God of all peoples", impartial, impartial, and all people in the world are Tian's citizens. "Heaven" chooses the monarch for the people, isn't it better than "Emperor"? The answer is almost yes. Well, Zhou Tianzi is the "Lord of the People" elected by the "God of the People".Not only is he qualified to "live in China", he should simply be the "king of the world".

This is really "stealing the sky and changing the day"! Yes, steal the "heaven" shared by the world and replace the "day" exclusive to wealthy merchants. No one knows whether this is Zhou people's "scheming", or their "brainstorm", maybe it is both planning and inspiration! After all, they are "precocious children" who are worried. It's just that in this way, from the national system, social system to cultural system, we must also change the past and reform. It is imperative for the new system to replace the old system and the new culture to replace the old culture.

The Yin and Shang peoples who followed the sun god bird into the Central Plains from the east certainly could not have imagined this day.Even Zhou people from the West would not have imagined that they followed the sun of the old world, but walked out of a new world. This time, the sun is really coming out from the west. Yin and Shang relied on theocracy, while Zhou put people first; Yin and Shang relied on punishment, while Zhou ruled the country by virtue. Zhou Gong made rituals and music, sounding the timpani of Chinese civilization.
