Chapter 71 Li Gen

Shuang Gen (1908-1933), born in Chang'an County, Shaanxi Province, with the style name Yuchu and the pseudonym Yuchi.He participated in the revolution in his early years and joined the Chinese Communist Youth League in 1926.In the same year, he transferred to the Communist Party of China and served as secretary of the Wulou District Committee of Chang'an County. In 1927, he served as the organization minister of the Chang'an County Party Committee. He was arrested in October 1928, and after escaping from prison in the winter of 1929, he served as secretary of the CPC Weinan County Committee.

In 1931, he served as an executive member of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and secretary of the Xi'an Municipal Committee. Since 1932, he has served as the acting secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the head of the Organization Department, and the Political Committee of the Shaanxi-Gansu Guerrilla Army of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army.It has caused great losses to the revolution. Killed by mutiny officers on April 2, 1933.
