Next year will be the 30th anniversary of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party and the Central Work Conference that made full preparations for this meeting. The Central Compilation and Translation Publishing House plans to print a book for the third time.I was relieved to hear this news. The history of the 30 years of reform and opening up has proved that the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party and the previous Central Work Conference are indeed of great historical significance, and they have changed China's destiny. After reform and opening up, my country's economy has achieved great development, people's living standards have been improving, society has been stable, and the status of the country has gradually improved.

As a witness of that historic meeting, I feel that I have the responsibility to truly record this history and leave it to future generations.It is hoped that the reprint of this book will enable more people to understand this period of history.
