Launched by Sanlian Bookstore, it records Yang Jiang's experience from birth to 98 years old.The author Wu Xuezhao, the daughter of Wu Mi, is close to Qian Zhongshu and Yang Jiang's family.The author wrote this book by listening to Yang Jiang tell the story of the past. After the book was completed, it was re-ordered by Yang Jiang.Therefore, it is called a biography, or it can be regarded as Yang Jiang's memoirs. I don't deserve a biographer's biography, but I can't stop others from writing my biographies either.If people who don’t know each other want to write my biography, even if they don’t know anything about my life, as long as they gather enough information and find a publishing house, they can publish the book.However, few people wrote biographies for me.This biography with the proposition of "listening to Yang Jiang talking about the past" was written with my consent.

The author Wu Xuezhao is my good friend.She asked to write my biography, and I feel very honored.With her writing a biography for me, people who talk nonsense will avoid it, so I readily agreed.She therefore wants to know about my past.I am happy to relive the past and experience the old relationship with a close friend, so I will answer all questions.My life is very ordinary, and if her biography comes across as dull, it is only because I am one of many, and have nothing extraordinary or great to remember.I am grateful that she is willing to write an ordinary biography for an ordinary person.
