Sicheng, I'm going to rest... But I still have something to say to you, and one most important thing to tell you, but why can't I remember it right now? ... Late at night on March 31, 1955, in the inpatient department of Beijing Tongren Hospital. "Sicheng! Sicheng!" Huiyin felt that she had exhausted all her strength, but she only made a very weak voice. The nurse came over and leaned over to ask Huiyin what she needed. "I want to meet Sicheng," Hui Yin's voice was extremely weak, but very clear, "I have something to say to him." "It's late at night, let's talk tomorrow if you have anything to say," the nurse said.

Huiyin didn't wait until "tomorrow". When the night gradually faded and the dawn gradually entered the ward, when the fresh morning breeze blew through the poplars, and the pure morning light shone through the sky, she left this world forever. It was 6 o'clock in the morning on April 1, 1955. This year, Lin Huiyin was 51 years old. Lin Huiyin left this world at the age of 51. Is it because of the favor and love of the goddess of fate? Her life is like a poem, sincere, meaningful and passionate. For Lin Huiyin, who loves beauty and art more than her own life, she does not have much regret to bid farewell to the world at the age of 51.She unleashed all her love and passion in the course of her life.

There is pain in her life, but there is no darkness; there is poverty, but no humbleness; there is sorrow, but no vulgarity. With her delicate and sensitive mind, how could she withstand the storm in 1957? With her proud and pure nature, how could she face the emptying of the turbid waves in 1966? Compared with the years to come, in 1955, it was just a scene of "the wind suddenly blows and wrinkles a pool of spring". She left, in the early morning of April spring this year. Although the morning light is faint and the white dew is like frost, people all remember that she walked at the most refreshing moment of the day.

Although this spring was warm and cold, and the wind and sand were blowing, people all remembered that her life was fixed in the beautiful April day of the world. On April 2, 1955, "Beijing Daily" published the obituary of Lin Huiyin's death. Lin Huiyin's funeral committee consisted of 13 people including Zhang Xiruo, Zhou Peiyuan, Qian Duansheng, Qian Weichang, and Jin Yuelin. On April 3, Lin Huiyin's memorial service was held at Xianliang Temple in Jinyu Hutong, Beijing.Peng Zhen, Mayor of Beijing, sent a wreath. Among the many elegiac couplets, the one inscribed by Professor Jin Yuelin and Professor Deng Yizhe is particularly eye-catching:

A poetic Qianxun Waterfall April Day in the Eternal World The Beijing Municipal People's Government decided that Lin Huiyin had made special contributions to designing the national emblem and the Monument to the People's Heroes during his lifetime, and his body would be buried in the Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery. Lin Huiyin's tomb was designed by Liang Sicheng. The body of the tomb is simple, simple and solemn. The Construction Committee of the Monument to the People's Heroes decided to move a white marble wreath engraved by Lin Huiyin to her tombstone.Inscribed on the tombstone:

Tomb of architect Lin Huiyin During the "Cultural Revolution", this line of characters was smashed by the Red Guards of Tsinghua University. On January 9, 1972, Liang Sicheng died of illness in Beijing after being tortured by the "Cultural Revolution". After the "Cultural Revolution", Liang Sicheng's ashes were placed in the ashes of Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery, adjacent to Lin Huiyin's cemetery.
