I dedicate my youth to you 冯小刚 1182Words 2018-03-16
"Auditorium" is a word I've been familiar with for as long as I can remember. Also from the time I was born, auditoriums have sprung up in the living communities of various institutions and colleges in Beijing. The auditorium has become the core activity place of the new Chinese community culture. This is somewhat similar to the role played by churches in community culture in Western countries. Now the building of community culture is advocated, but the auditorium is not built. I wonder what is the core of it?We can't take Carrefour supermarkets and street massages for the blind as a hub to spread spiritual civilization.

Our auditorium is in the compound of the Municipal Party School in the western suburbs of Beijing. In front of the auditorium is a small square. Facing the auditorium, there is a screen wall with five large characters "serve the people" written on it, which is Chairman Mao Zedong's own calligraphy.Back there after many years, "Serving the People" on the screen wall It has been replaced by "seeking truth from facts", but the paint is already mottled, and it seems that "real" is not "real", and "yes" is not "yes".Behind the screen wall is a forest, in which there is a European courtyard-style cemetery, in which the Italian priest "Matteo Ricci" rests. This Italian Catholic priest traveled thousands of miles to China in 1582 to spread the spiritual civilization of the West, and then he died here.

To the south of the auditorium is an American church, and a zig-zag school building left by the church, which was converted into a canteen and kindergarten in the government at that time, and I was sent to that kindergarten. Its tall, thick, complex structure, and the bell tower that can be seen through the windows left an indelible impression on me.When I became a director in the future, I went back there and filmed two TV series "Love and Death". To the north of the auditorium is the student building of the party school. It is a masterpiece of Soviet architects. The building is very solid and awe-inspiring.During the Cultural Revolution, I witnessed with my own eyes that someone jumped from the fifth floor of that building and fell heavily on the concrete floor. To this day, I still think about the despair in the hearts of those who commit suicide when they jump from upstairs, and whether they will regret it in the few seconds before falling to the ground. If I committed suicide, I would not choose to jump off a building. I am very afraid of pain.

Behind the auditorium is an orchard planted in 1957. There is a large greenhouse in the orchard, where countless flowers and plants are cultivated. The uncle in charge of managing the orchard is surnamed Shi. Uncle Shi lives upstairs from our house. He is very kind and straightforward. The outstanding impression left on me is that after my father became a rightist, their family still maintained a good relationship with our family. My mother's favorite plant is Chlorophytum. No matter how difficult life is, my mother's Chlorophytum will always grow luxuriantly on the windowsill. This is inseparable from Uncle Shi's efforts.

The general appearance of the auditorium is as follows: there are steps under the main entrance, and several stone pillars stand on the steps, and there is a relief in the middle of the raised eyebrows on the stone pillars. The relief pattern consists of five-pointed stars and two sides. It is composed of flags, and the impression is that there are tassels hanging down on the flags. All previous graduates of the party school will stand on the steps in front of the auditorium to take pictures. In my photo album, there is a group photo in kindergarten, also standing on the steps in front of the auditorium, a group of children giggled heartlessly at the camera.Every time I see this picture, it reminds me of the scene at that time. It was taken after the "June 1" performance in a party school kindergarten. Our show is to sing "Liuyang River".

How many bays has the Liuyang River bent? The fifty-mile waterway has reached Xiangyu, and there is Xiangtan County on the riverside. Chairman Mao came out to lead the people to liberation, Yiya Yizi... I remember that each of us held a plate and a chopstick in our hands, and we sang a line and tapped it. The girl who led the singing was called Gao Liping, and she was very beautiful in my impression.Thinking about it now, in my teenage years, she was my idol for a long time.
