For thousands of years, in this spring when life is sprouting, a sigh travels through time and time.Like a wonderful stage play, almost everyone has their own ending, but at this time, Tsangyang Gyatso is still struggling at the center of political conspiracy, waiting for the verdict of fate. The team that escorted Cangyang Gyatso to Beijing put Cangyang Gyatso in shackles as soon as they left Lhasa.Tsangyang Gyatso officially marched to Beijing as a prisoner. Therefore, in the Buddhist temples Tsangyang Gyatso passed by, people generally dare not come to see them again. But there are also ambitious people who come to see if there is a chance to control the sixth Dalai Lama.

In order to avoid all possible troubles, the team entering Beijing meandered in northern Tibet and Qinghai. It's a short road, and we have walked for several months, but we haven't gone far.Such a speed of travel is hard to imagine. If it is said that this is because of Tsangyang Gyatso's nostalgia for the Tibetan area, but the team escorting him has no reason to care about a prisoner's feelings. If it is because the Mongolian soldiers still regard Tsangyang Gyatso as their suzerain and are unwilling to let him leave as soon as possible, but with Kangxi's envoy present, his task should be to send him to the capital as soon as possible. He has no reason Make the team drag too slowly.

The only explanation is that there are too many obstacles along the way.No matter how Lhazang Khan treats the Dalai Lama, no matter what the court wants to do with Tsangyang Gyatso, for the Mongolian and Tibetan people and regime, the sixth Dalai Lama means rule, power and belief. No matter what goal it is for, anyone with strength will fight for it. If it is said that in Lhasa before, the Kangxi envoy's pilgrimage to Beijing made the people imagine that they were allowed to go.The shackle behind this fully revealed Lhazang Khan's attitude towards Cangyang Gyatso.Kangxi's envoy did not stop such behavior. Of course, he did not care about the Mongolian soldiers, but respected the emperor's policy of appeasing Lhazang Khan. But such connivance also convinced everyone that this trip would be detrimental to Tsangyang Gyatso.

Overt or covert scrambles are repeatedly staged during this short journey. The road to the capital has become extremely far away.Tsangyang Gyatso seemed to feel the reluctance of this land in these successive battles.Similarly, he was never willing to leave the land that gave birth to him and enshrined him.The root of his life is here, no matter where he goes, his heart will be here. But he's tired of people fighting.Even for the love for him, it is the horror of sword light and blood shadow. He does not want the blood of his loved ones to flow on his land, he hopes that all the people in this land can gain peace and happiness. But what can he, who has never had the right to choose, do.

The choices he made in this life have the power to destroy. There are only two major things that he can really decide on: when he chooses to give up his status as a living Buddha, what he brings is the death of his friends and the crisis of the political power; Sometimes, what he brings for himself may be permanent imprisonment. Now, what choice did he have, to end all this struggle? Tsangyang Gyatso remembered a poem he wrote before leaving: I beg you the crane among the clouds, Soar high with wings, flying is not far away, Once to Litang. (Translated by Liu Xiwu) Flying is not far away, but even if you can fly for a short time, you can enjoy freedom. He is unwilling to leave the land where he was born, and he is still attached to this world.

Looking at the road ahead, Cangyang Gyatso's heart surged with reluctance and confusion. When the team reached Qinghai Lake, it was already autumn. The sky on the plateau was extraordinarily lofty at this time, but in the evening coolness, there was an air of desolation. In the dim moonlight, the boundless Qinghai Lake cannot be seen. The cool evening wind blew past, causing ripples.Tsangyang Gyatso had heard of the legend of the lake when he was a child: I don’t know how many years ago, the bottom of Qinghai Lake was a pasture where “cows and sheep were seen when the wind blows the grass” and the grass was lush.In this fertile pasture, there is a magical well. The well water gushes out continuously, even in the dry season, it will not dry up.The sweet well water gurgled out and merged into a small clear stream.Relying on this well, the herdsmen here live a carefree life with plenty of food and clothing.

Later, a wise man named Baima Jiang Nai lived beside the holy well to practice, and at the same time gave water from the holy well to those who came and went. One day, Baima Jiang Nai was going to India for further study. Before he left, he asked his apprentice to continue watering and remember to cover the manhole, but he forgot to tell him the consequences of not covering the manhole. The apprentice forgot to cover the manhole, and the well water spewed out from the holy well, surging and surging, washed away the cattle and sheep, destroyed the house, and also washed away the people who lived here for generations. Finally, a vast ocean was formed here, forming today's Qinghai Lake.

What Cangyang Gyatso wants to see is not a miracle, but a vastness that he has never seen before.Standing by the lake, this endless clear wave, rippling with the sound of the tide. The cold wind was blowing on his body, as if he was in the void of the universe. He knew that this cold lake was merciless. But in this world, how many things are sentient?Fate is ruthless, power is ruthless, and the human heart is pale and powerless before these. He thought of the emptiness that the Buddha said. Originally, the world is ruthless, it is empty, so where does the feeling come from. But he has been obsessed with sentient beings, is this wrong?

Beside the holy well in the lake, that innocent little apprentice was just obsessed with following his master's instructions to give to sentient beings. He wanted to learn a kind heart of compassion, but it was just a negligence that brought him and his whole life. The destruction of the village. Is his love wrong? If he does nothing, nothing will happen. If he was ruthless, he might be able to save more people. In this sentience and ruthlessness, Tsangyang Gyatso was confused. He doesn't know, what is the meaning of the love in his life, is it because of the struggle and rescue dispute along the way?Although some of these sentient beings moved him, he didn't like it.He doesn't like any disturbance, he would rather like the ruthless tranquility of this lake.

Suddenly, he thought of Sangye Gyatso's son.The young man left mercilessly to pursue the world of love he longed for. Such a choice became an exclamation, and it might make this young man a lifetime of freedom.Compared with him, who is firmly bound by sentient beings, he can get more by exchanging ruthless for sentient beings. Form is emptiness, and emptiness is form.In this realm of form, the world of nothing gives birth to being, and the world of having presents nothing. As the Buddha said, there is no need to be persistent, and you can get the best cause and effect by following the shape of things. Why should Tsangyang Gyatso be troubled by this merciless situation?

Looking at the quiet Qinghai Lake, Cangyang Gyatso folded his palms together and recited Buddhist scriptures in the cool wind.Who else knows this world better than Buddha! Soon, a news reached Kangxi: Cangyang Gyatso died of illness in Xining.Regarding this news, the imperial court replied: Since the false Dalai Lama acted rebelliously, since he died of illness on the way, his body should be abandoned in accordance with Tibetan practice. In this way, the pen of history made Tsangyang Gyatso end his life by the Qinghai Lake. His poetic and passionate life turned into light waves in the ruthless water of Qinghai Lake.He embraced the ruthless with affection, so that the world could return to silence. In Wan Laizhong, everything should be calm again, and all the fighting should be over, right?Life is over, even the bones are discarded, what is there to fight for? At least, Tsangyang Gyatso's life should no longer be disturbed by disputes. His soul will enjoy peace amidst all sounds. What he leaves to the world will be the most beautiful picture during his lifetime, not the continued bloodshed and sacrifice.Such an ending is not a beautiful one. But, at this time, he was only 24 years old. In a world where everything is quiet, the only thing that can be heard is the soft singing of his poems...
