That night, Meng Bo came and wept bitterly, and blamed me for leaving Meng Zhen. He said, 'Don't you know that my brother carries a large bottle of sleeping pills with him, once the bandits attack? He committed suicide by taking poison? At that time, what will you do with yourself?' The love of flesh and blood is deep and touching, and we cried together, so I gave up the trip to Guangzhou." Thanks to his wife's care, Fu Sinian did not commit suicide and died.

When Fu Sinian was hesitating, relevant people in Taiwan wrote to urge him to quickly take up the post at National Taiwan University.Chen Cheng also called Fu Sinian and said: "My younger brother has already taken over the matter today.
