Comrade Huang Ziwen is one of the founders of the Weibei Revolutionary Base, the leader of the people in Weibei, a loyal soldier of the party and an outstanding Communist Party member.Recalling Comrade Huang Ziwen's great contributions to the revolution and the people, especially his outstanding achievements in establishing the Weibei Revolutionary Base, his strong revolutionary will and indomitable revolutionary spirit, his loyalty to communism, selflessness, The noble quality of selfless fighting is something we will never forget. In the spring of 1928, Comrade Huang Ziwen organized more than 10,000 people to "Help the Farmers" campaign in order to fight against grain and money, and won the victory.

In the first half of 1929, due to the lack of harvest in the previous autumn and the lack of wheat planting, the famine became more serious. The victims on the plateau in front of the mausoleum panicked and ran for their lives. A considerable number of people were about to starve to death. The situation was extremely critical. At the moment when the people's lives were dying, Comrade Huang Ziwen was deeply distressed and anxious. He said: "I can't just watch people starve to death."So in May, according to the party's instructions, a "Wuzi District Fundraising Committee" was organized in Xiwangbao.Huang Ziwen is the director, and the members are: Tang Yuhuai, Ma Xianmin, Hou Shouyu, Hou Yongyi, Sun Pingzhang, Xue Hongdao, Li Yongfu, Kang Dekuan and me.The fundraising association also has armed guards to deal with local tyrants and evil gentry. At the preparatory meeting, Ziwen said: "People are starving to death. It is important to save people. Those who have food will donate and ask the local tyrants for food. Now we will publicize it in sections. In a few days, we will hold a meeting here to report. , It’s impossible not to report.”The Relief Association is actually a revolutionary government organization under the leadership of the party. Its mission is to fight against local tyrants and raise food for the people. Therefore, Huang Ziwen announced that the local government will stop all administrative power. And asked Wuzi District administrative staff to participate in the fund-raising work in their own names. On May 13, a mass meeting of more than 2,000 people was held in Chang'ao.Ziwen mobilized and reported to take out seven stones of grain. For the local tyrants and evil gentry who do not donate grain, the method of "eating the big households" is adopted to forcibly collect grain. In less than a month, a total of more than 80 shi was raised.Through the investigation, the raised food was distributed to the poor who had no food to eat, helping the masses to overcome the difficulties of life and death. The masses said: "Thanks to Ziwen and his group for organizing the relief meeting, otherwise we would have starved to death." Through the food collection, the masses were relieved, and the masses were also mobilized and united. Huang Ziwen's prestige among the masses increased day by day.

In 1928, Huang Ziwen established a peasant armed force in Wuzi District. In 1930, according to the instructions of the Provincial Party Committee, in order to develop guerrilla warfare, one night after the wheat harvest, Huang Ziwen and other comrades established a self-rescue army for victims of disasters in Wuzi District. economist. This is a revolutionary armed organization. Its tasks are: to unite the disaster victims, fight against local tyrants and evil gentry, carry out armed struggle, and establish a revolutionary regime. The self-rescue army for the victims fired violently at the local tyrants and evil gentry, emboldened and supported the poor, and continued to expand the armed organization. From then on, under the leadership of Huang Ziwen, the revolutionary armed forces of the self-rescue army for the victims were active around Wuzi District, and expanded to Fuping, Yaoxian and other places. The flames of armed struggle became more and more intense. After the establishment of the self-rescue army, the victims first destroyed the district office of the enemy's Wuzi District, and then took Yue Haizhou, the head of the fourth division of the enemy, from Xiyue Temple, pushed him into the well in the Wangjia Garden in the south of Pozibao City, and distributed his food.In Pozibao, Pan Entong, the former county magistrate of Yijun, was also captured and beaten to death in Ta'ao Village, Xiyuan. In Wenlong, we divided the twenty-two shi of grain from the wealthy advocate friend, and collected two hundred oceans. ocean. All the food was distributed to the poor, and Dayang used it to buy guns to expand the organization. This helped the poor, united the people, and strengthened armed groups.Ziwen's strong spirit of resistance, daring to fire at the local tyrants and evil gentry, was highly praised and supported by the people.Although the self-rescue army suffered setbacks, the fire of armed struggle never went out in Wuzi District, which laid the foundation for the establishment of Weibei guerrillas and Weibei Soviet regime.

For the sake of the revolution, Huang Ziwen didn't care no matter how much the family suffered. Although the family property was burned by the enemy, his revolutionary will was stronger and his enthusiasm was higher, which showed the valuable qualities of a Communist Party member. In November 1932, Huang Ziwen's home was burnt down by the Kuomintang. Twenty-three rooms and more than 20 pieces of furniture were burned. When he returned home from Xi’an and saw this scene, he came to my house (the twenty-five rooms in my house were also burnt to pieces) and said: "What are you afraid of if it burns, people leave without care, the more it burns, the more revolutionary it is."His firm revolutionary will and optimism gave me great inspiration and encouragement.Afterwards, the enemy ransacked and burned Huang Ziwen's home many times, and all the things in the house were wiped out. Ziwen didn't care about these at all. When the family was divided, he was given 120 acres of land, and Ziwen sold it for the capital of the revolution. .Ziwen often said to me: "Anyway, if you lose your home, you have to make a revolution. If the revolution fails, no matter how good your home is, you will not be able to keep it."Huang Ziwen is so dedicated to the revolution, has a firm belief in communism, a lofty revolutionary goal, and never cares about personal gains and losses, which I cherish forever!

Unfortunately, on June 25, 1947, Ziwen died gloriously in the battle of Xiaodaokou, which made people extremely sad. I lost a revolutionary leader, and the people of Weibei lost an outstanding leader.Although Huang Ziwen has sacrificed for more than forty years, his great achievements, steel-like revolutionary will, and noble qualities of serving the people are always worthy of our study and memory; his selfless dedication will always inspire and inspire people.Pines and cypresses are evergreen, and Ziwen's achievements will last forever!
