He personally led 20 members to Ma'e Township to find An Zhongyang, the head of the township and the captain of the Self-Defense Force, and wanted to lure him to the mausoleum. On May 9, in Yaojiahe, Chunyao County, Zhong Tiao, on behalf of the Weibei Working Committee, announced that the uprising troops had been organized into the first detachment of the Weibei Corps.Huang Zixiang served as the head of the detachment, Huang Ziwen served as the deputy head of the detachment, Mu Tianxiang served as the staff officer, and Sun Zhizheng served as the director of the political department.The detachment has two brigades: Zhang Yunde, captain of the first brigade, and Chen Xinmin, captain of the second brigade.
