At the beginning of October 1927, Huang Ziwen went back to Shaanxi and established an organizational relationship with the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. At this time, the "September 26th" meeting held by the provincial party committee to convey and implement the spirit of the "87th" meeting of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has just ended. In view of the fact that Sanyuan is the political, economic, and cultural center of Weibei, and that during the Great Revolution, the Sanyuan party organization carried out a vigorous peasant movement in six districts of the county, the provincial party committee decided to send Huang Ziwen back to Sanyuan to implement the spirit of the central and provincial party committee meetings, and rekindle the peasants' movement. The spark of the struggle, and appointed him as a member of the peasant movement of the Sanyuan County Committee of the Communist Party of China, responsible for the work of the peasant movement in the county.

In early November, Huang Ziwen got in touch with Zhang Xingchu, secretary of the Sanyuan County Party Committee of the Communist Party of China.Zhang Shengchu talked to him about the struggle of the Sanyuan Party organization, and asked him to return to Wuzi District to rectify the "Agricultural Association" organization that was destroyed by the enemy in August, to reawaken the people, to establish peasant armed forces, to drive the armed struggle of the whole county, and to Tell Huang Ziwen that someone will be sent to Wuzi District to assist him in his work. After bidding farewell to Zhang Xingchu, Huang Ziwen visited his elder brother Huang Zixiang in the Zhao Shoushan Department of the Sanyuan Left-behind Department of Yang Hucheng Department. When the brothers met, they were very excited. The elder brother in front of Huang Ziwen was calm and depressed.Huang Zixiang saw that his younger brother was taller and stronger. Although his face was not completely childish, his eyes showed a kind of intelligence and determination.Huang Ziwen learned from his elder brother that his father passed away not long after he went to Shanghai, and his elder brother never told him for fear of affecting his studies. The eldest sister Jianxian married Xue Mingfan, a farmer in Dazhaibao, and the second sister Xiaxian married Hao Yi, a Communist Party member in Haojiabao, Wuzihou District (Ma'e).Hao Yishi is a cadre of the county party committee. He and Xiaxian established a love relationship on the road of revolution. With the support of the party organization, they held a wedding on the 20th day of the first lunar month at the Haojiabao Ancient Temple Fair. After the second sister Xiaxian joined the party, she taught in a school in Jingyang and engaged in party work at the same time. The younger brother Huang Hanzhang (Ziwu) is still in school.

When Huang Ziwen returned home, he comforted his mother and said: My brother has told him about the family affairs, and asked my mother to take care of her health, and he will take care of the family affairs from now on.Afterwards, he told his mother about his study in Shanghai and Wuhan, and explained to his mother: When he came back this time, he wanted to do something for the hard-working people in his hometown. The mother, Wang Shi, was sympathetic and reasonable by her husband Huang Ming. She told Huang Ziwen that whatever she wanted to do, she could do it without worry. From the third day after returning home, Huang Ziwen has been running around for his sacred mission.During his day and night visits to relatives and friends, he heard villagers telling vividly about Qiao Guozhen's deeds of mobilizing the masses in Wuzi District and Xinzi District, establishing farmers' associations, resisting donations, taxes, grain and fighting local tyrants and evil gentry. He said with great admiration: I never expected that there would be a surging hero in Shaanxi, and my fellow villagers would have done so many proud careers! Then, he said with regret: "It's a pity that I came back one step too late, and I didn't have the chance to meet Qiao Guozhen!"

One night, Huang Ziwen asked Tang Yuhuai and Xi Haosheng to have a party at home.Tang Yuhuai was one of the early local party members. When the Wuzi District Farmers Association was established in November 1926, Qiao Guozhen was the chairman and Tang Yuhuai was the vice-chairman.Both Tang Yuhuai and Xi Haosheng were the backbone of the peasant movement in Wuzi District from 1926 to the first half of 1927.When the three met, when talking about the failure of the Great Revolution, the destruction of the farmers' association, and the depression of the masses, Huang Ziwen asked with a smile, "Do you know what I'm going to do when I come back this time?" Ink, be a teacher and be unyielding!" Huang Ziwen shook his head and said, "The children are too young to understand. I am coming back this time mainly to teach the adults, so that everyone can cheer up and reorganize like the farmer associations in the past two years. Rise up, fight against the local tyrants and evil gentry, fight against the government that entraps the people, and fight until the working people become masters of their own affairs and establish their own political power!" Afterwards, he described the workers he saw in Shanghai, Huanggang, Macheng, etc. The situation of the peasant movement has been described.Tang Yuhuai and Xi Haosheng listened to his conversation and thought of the local peasant movement, and they felt excited again. Then they talked about how to mobilize the masses, find key personnel, and establish peasant armed forces.

After the meeting, the three of them acted separately, carried out secret propaganda, mobilized the masses to work, and waited for the time to set up revolutionary armed peasants and carry out revolutionary activities.
