There are Zhou Enlai's former residence, Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall, Zhou Enlai Relics Exhibition Hall, Zhou Enlai Ink Stele Gallery, Zhou Enlai Pingzu Tomb Monument and the towering bronze statue of Zhou Enlai, so it is the famous Zhou Enlai. Memorial Center and Research Center. March 5, 1998 is the 100th anniversary of the birth of Comrade Zhou Enlai. Comrade Zhou Enlai is a great Marxist, one of the main leaders of the party and the country, one of the main founders of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, an outstanding proletarian revolutionist, statesman, military strategist and diplomat.

Comrade Zhou Enlai is deeply loved by the Chinese people and enjoys high prestige in the world; many important ideas he put forward in the fields of politics, military affairs, diplomacy, economy, united front, science and technology, education and literature and art are components of Mao Zedong Thought; His noble character and party spirit have set a shining example for the whole party. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Comrade Zhou Enlai, in order to commemorate Zhou Enlai's great achievements in his life, inherit his revolutionary spirit, carry forward his moral style, mobilize and inspire people of all ethnic groups in the country to strive for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, Zhou Enlai's former residence management office Comrade, in his spare time, he spent more than a year carefully compiling this book as one of the "Patriotic Education Base Series" (Second Series).

This book contains a total of 28 articles of various kinds, which are divided into "Childhood", "Hometown", "Relations", "Remembrance", and "Cultural Relics".
