Recently, an article by a special commentator of the "People's Daily" pointed out that the main measures to deal with "Falungong" members should be "unity, education, and rescue".In my opinion, such a measure is very wise.Although some "Falun Gong" members have committed illegal behaviors, most "Falun Gong" members basically belong to those who have gone astray with good wishes.As long as they do not endanger social order or infringe upon the rights and interests of others, strict control of policies and prudent use of legal means are the powerful guarantee for us to defeat "Falun Gong" in the end.The leaders in some regions are impatient and abuse the law and even dictatorship to treat ordinary members of "Falungong".This has led to our work of defeating "Falun Gong" without haste.Comrade Mao Zedong once said: "The line and policies are the life of the party." During the war years, we adopted a policy of distinguishing between enemy leaders and ordinary soldiers, which effectively accelerated the division and disintegration of the enemy army. It is an organization armed with "fallacies and heresies", and it should focus on attacking the heart and reasoning.

Empress Gao's virtue lies in her rational distinction between "lawless" and "ominous".To deal with "unlawful", we must use legal means; while to deal with "unlucky", we must believe in the laws of nature.The so-called "unlucky", in today's words, is contrary to science and common sense, and it will eventually be punished by the laws of nature.And if we abuse legal means to solve problems outside the law, then we become "unlucky".Therefore, the leaders of those individual regions should get some enlightenment from the words of Empress Gao. If they believe in an "ominous" group like "Falungong" who acts against the sky, the inevitable result is that disaster will come.
